CTEC Solar lost a member of its family last weekend. Jeff Pipeling passed away from natural causes, leaving behind his beloved children Emma and Nate. Jeff was the Director of Business Development at CTEC Solar but he was far more than that. He was with CTEC since the start 10 years ago when the company was first making its way through the solar industry in CT. He was a leader for CTEC and was involved in most of our successes. He worked closely with Mickey Toro the company President and owner in establishing the company's approach and presence in the industry. Jeff was a tireless worker with a tremendous passion for CTEC, his team and renewables in general. What he did was impactful and he did it all for his children. He wanted them to learn from his work ethic and understand what it took to be successful. His children are wonderful kids and he was a great mentor to them. Our hearts go out to them and the rest of his family as we try to process this tragedy internally. He will be greatly missed but would expect us to keep fighting the fight with a smile, energy and passion. And that's just what we will do. We will miss you Jeff Pipeling, but you will never be forgotten.
