Hi friends! I have been busy working on some bracelets. My new creations are inspired by classic cars. It's no secret my family is big into cars (see to learn more), so it was only natural for me to combine these two worlds. When I was just 8 years old, my Dad promised me his Mom's car - a 1967 VW Beetle we call Nanabug (after my Grandma Carmen). Like me, she loved the car so in honor of our love for Nanabug, I started some creations based on it. I am working on more in time for classic car season which begins next month but I wanted to share a sneak peak of my first two bracelets and some pictures of me through the years with Nanabug - including the day I first met Nanabug! What do you think?

Hi friends, it has been a while since I last gave an update so I am excited to share some news. First, no I haven't lost interest in craft making! In fact, I have done a few projects for family and friends, and even for my 15th birthday party earlier this year. But I haven't been producing items for sale lately as I have been busy with school. In case you forgot, I am now in my second year of high school, busy with my studies and have participated in 4 plays so far (2 were musicals). I also spend a lot of time studying to make sure I keep my scholarship (my parents remind me all the time). Lastly, the workshop was unavailable as my dad was busy getting his garage ready and our workshop was just full of his stuff!
Right now I am working on some items as Christmas gifts for family and friends so I can't show too many details now, but I will soon. It sure feels good working with resin again, especially with my dad when has the time (he works late a lot). Mainly I wanted to say hi! Wishing all a great Christmas season, I will post again soon! xoxo, Felicita

It's Wednesday and that can only mean one thing - classic car cruise night! I just finished washing Nanabug and I will be at tonight's August Hot Summer Nights hosted by the Bloomfield Cruisers and Bloomfield Parks, Recreation & Cultural Affairs at Universal Technical Institute in Bloomfield. I will have a few pendants for sale (but not the car). The show runs from 6PM-9PM, tonight is First Responders Night!

On this rare rainy day, I repainted some old tin signs my dad and I recycled from an old garden decoration. They will go next to our pond now filled with new fish!

Happy Independence Day! I have been on a road trip with my family which began in Fargo, ND to California. Along the way we have visited a few national parks and stops on historic Route 66. I have seen and purchased some wonderful jewelry from a variety of Native American tribes which I hope will inspire some new ideas. Enjoy the day and Happy Birthday U.S.A.!

It's been a busy few months leading up to graduation so I haven't had the chance to work on new creations. With graduation now behind me, I am looking forward to traveling across country this summer with my family. By late July I should have a few things coming up before I begin my next chapter at Mount St. Dominic Academy in September. Wishing you a great start to the summer!
