As many of you know, the reunion of finding my Korean family has been ever changing for myself and my TWO families. As I meet more adoptees and their families, I am learning there's a need for a better understanding of the of Attachment Theory, which is the psychoanalysis among the primary care giver and the child and how it relates to personal development. Research shows, there is a need to assist with behavioral issues, cognitive awareness and educational programming to assist with assimilating adoption in transracial families.
As a result, ADOPTION CONNECTION is launched! We are developing a team to launch a community center that provides integrative healing services including physical activity, stretching/bodywork/massage, music and art classes. Additionally, psychological support. These services will provide a safe haven at NEW HOPE CHURCH, (Korean Presbyterian Church) in Southfield, Michigan.

Typical inquiries I receive are related to losing weight and eating properly. It appears many have the desire to obtain a particular physique, whether it's "bikini body", "high school weight" or "compete in bikini/figure". We ALL have different goals and we ALL need a customized plan.

The reality is EVERY body reacts differently to a new form of physical and nutritional practice. Our coach, personal trainer, or whatever you may seek should focus on how you are reacting to the plan. How can a written plan, model, or method be customized to your body type if the coach is not measuring your results? The truth is that can't.

Please do not be fooled by the strategy of MARKETING! It is NOT your goal to make someone profits. It is your goal obtain a "bikini body", "high school weight" or the list goes on...

Physical fitness is usually on everyone's dream board for the New Year. Do it right!
