Today we have another FAQ! “Do we have to set up and tear down tables and chairs?”
Nope! When you arrive on your wedding day, our team will have already set up your tables and chairs according to your custom floor plan. We use an online planning tool to create a layout that fits your vision perfectly.
When the night is over, simply take your personal items and head home. We handle the tables, chairs and venue cleanup so you can focus on enjoying every moment of your day and have one less thing to worry about!

We are back with another FAQ! Today’s question is, “what is the max capacity at each venue?”
This is a critical question when you’re in the beginning stages of wedding planning. If you’re hosting both your ceremony and reception at Mountain Crest, you can accommodate up to 330 guests while still having plenty of room for a dance floor, buffet tables, and space for everyone to mingle and celebrate.

If you are hosting both your ceremony and reception at Riverbend Chapel then you can accommodate up to 130 guests, with room for dining, dancing, and socializing.

Are you looking at a Full Estate Rental and planning a ceremony at Riverbend Chapel and a reception at Mountain Crest? Our Full Estate Rental can accommodate up to 180 guests for that setup.

We ALWAYS have a rain plan. We are in Oklahoma after all! We will work with you to create a plan A, B, C and even D.

The details and timing depend on which facility(ies) you have rented and all logistics and deadlines are discussed at your final two-week walkthrough.

We have been doing weddings for 9 years and over 650 events. We have back-up plans for our back-up plans and will do everything we can to get you where you want to be for your ceremony. This is where experience and graceful pivoting are essential in your wedding day - our specialty.

“Do you hold dates while we make a decision?”

We know choosing your venue is a big decision. That’s why we always recommend booking as soon as you know it’s the one!
We don’t place soft holds on dates, and all bookings are secured on a first come, first served basis. Plus, there’s a $500 value bonus when you book within 48 hours of your tour, YAY savings!!

We are going to start a series over some frequently asked questions! First up is our very short list of required vendors.
We have a say in who you hire for catering and bar, because there is more liability with those two vendors.
We also have requirements for linens and dishes.
Go to our website and click on Details - Exclusive Vendors to see the full list of pre-approved catering and bartending companies.
You can always buy your own alcohol and provide it for the bartenders to serve, which saves you some $$$, girlies!
Lastly, your linens and dishes (only if you are choosing real dishes not disposable) will come from Party Pro Rents.
The simple reason for this is that Party Pro has provided the tables and chairs indoors at each of our facilities and are giving you free use of them! Hello, savings! In exchange for that, your linens get to be rented through Party Pro.
And in absolutely every other category, you can bring in whomever you like. We provide you with a recommended list of preferred vendors right after you book, so you aren’t going into this experience blind!
Not a single vendor on our list of recommended or required wedding professionals pays to be on our list. Both the required and recommended wedding professionals are on our list because they have consistently provided good service.
We only offer a merit-based list and that is very important in the wedding industry. We are not being paid to say these vendors are great - we just want you to have the best experience possible!
