Who loves Broccoli?? 🥦 These microgreens are mild in flavor and contain magnesium, potassium, fiber, calcium, and iron, along with vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C, vitamin E, and vitamin K. They are also a rich source of sulforaphane. 🤗

Hey everyone! Things have been a little quiet lately, but we’re still here working behind the scenes. While we love our microgreens and continue to grow them for you, we also decided on another venture. My dream has always been to open a kids space. A space to be creative, wild and make fun memories with friends and family. Here it is! A new spot in Tulsa for children to explore and play. Please know, through all of this, we’re still here for all your microgreen needs! You all have supported me and helped give me the courage to see this through. I am forever grateful! Currently, we’re under construction and hope to open our doors in Spring 2023. As for microgreens, Today is delivery day so we’ll see you soon! Happy Thursday!♥️

Anyone every steamed their fried eggs? No flipping required and it’s super easy! Eggs are a great source of protein so I added my favorite microgreens to maximize my vitamins and minerals!

Spaghetti topped with arugula microgreens! Arugula microgreens contain almost eight times the calcium, five times the vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin K, and four times the iron as iceberg lettuce. These also contain magnesium, phosphorus, and iron.

Dinner tonight! Added one of my favorites, colorful radish to my roll! It has the perfect kick to give my roll some spice without having to use wasabi! Delicious and even better, I am getting a good source of vitamins A, B, C, E, and K, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and zinc 😍
