Shadow Valley MHC office will be closed Thursday and Friday! Office will open back on Monday December 2nd @ 8:00 am.

A planned water outage will occur on (Wednesday) June 12,2024 in the early morning and should be restored sometime in the afternoon. This will allow for services to be done on the water issues the community has been experiencing. We will do everything we can to restore water service quickly. Please draw enough water to supply your needs during this time. If you have any questions or concerns please contact the office @ 918-366-3123. Thank you

Due to the weather we have been having we have had several tenants lines break. We are working as fast as we can to fix these. If you are still without water or have a leak please inbox me and give me your lot # and a brief description of what's going on and let me know when it started. We apologize for the delays. We will get to yours as quickly as possible. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding .

Water will be shut off due to the fact of the cold weather and pipes freezing and busting. I know this is very frustrating. This is beyond our control. I promise we are working as fast as we can to get it back on once they turn it off. I will keep you updated. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

UPDATE: unfortunately when turning the water back on it caused another leak to occur. We expect the water to now be off until 10PM. Starting at 6PM will have gallons of water at the office to pass out to those who are in need. We know this is a huge inconvenience and we apologize. Thank you for continued patience in this matter.

Good Morning Everyone! The water is currently turned off. I sent an email out yesterday evening. I have received several phone calls regarding not getting the notice due to not having an email on file. I am sorry. If we have any more emergencies in the future I will send notice via email, text and on Facebook. The water is expected off till about 2pm. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience.

I had a package delivered but I wasn't home and I don't know where it is. Please if anyone knows where it's at. It's from my mom. I live on lot 81. I'm hoping my neighbors might have it.
