Spooky season is almost here, and we’re celebrating with our IALHA Horses in Costume! 🐴🧙‍♀️
From spooky and spectacular to silly, creative, or downright adorable, we want to see your Andalusians, Lusitanos, and Half Andalusians/Lusitanos dressed up and ready for Halloween! 🕸️🍬
📸 How to Enter:
Post your favorite costume photo of your IALHA horse in the comments below for a chance to be featured as our October IALHA Facebook Cover Photo!
Costumes can be from Halloween, a costume class, a themed photoshoot, or any other occasion — riders are welcome to dress up too!
✨ A few reminders:
• Horse must be an Andalusian, Lusitano, or Half Andalusian/Lusitano
• Horizontal photos are strongly encouraged since they work best for our Facebook cover
• Have fun and show us your creativity!

Planning to compete in Dressage or Western Dressage at the 2026 IALHA National Championship Show? Make sure your entries are submitted TODAY, September 23rd! 🐴🏆
⚠️ Dressage and Western Dressage CANNOT be added at the show. If you want to compete in either division, you must have those classes on your entry by today’s deadline.
Not quite ready to finalize your Main Ring classes? You still have some flexibility!
⭐ Entries submitted after September 23rd will be accepted with a late fee, but ONLY for Main Ring classes.
⭐ Already entered the show? Main Ring classes may be added to your existing entry at the show with no additional late fee.
❌ Dressage and Western Dressage may NOT be added at the show.
So if Dressage or Western Dressage is on your Nationals schedule, don’t wait—get those entries in TODAY!

If you have mailed your entries or are planning to mail your entries for the 2026 IALHA National Championship Show, please send an email to our Show Secretary letting them know your entries are on the way!

📸 Please include at least a photo or scan of the front page of your entry form showing your classes and stall count. This helps us make sure we have a record of what you are entering while we wait for your mailed paperwork to arrive.
⚠️ This is especially important for our Dressage exhibitors! Dressage entries CANNOT be post entered, so please make sure we have a copy of your entry information by the deadline even if your original paperwork is still making its way through the mail.

⏰ Entries are due TOMORROW, September 23rd!
