Between the two towers is a rather generous common area. It is suitable for community gatherings, birthday parties, or, with sufficient imagination and several appropriately dressed participants, a reenactment of the second Lord of the Rings film.
M&M, as the property is affectionately known, is located one block from Rojo and O'Henry's Coffee and within convenient reach of the numerous parks scattered throughout Birmingham's historic Highland Park neighborhood. You may also live here.
