Saw this today and thought is was so appropriate for our health program.
Just another step in our meal prep this week. Great salads... I like mine plain. These are just Romaine and baby spinach mixed and I added tiny 3/4 Oz tubs for Italian dressing. Just enough to to wet it a little and give it a taste...
Another step in food prep this week. Doing healthy chili this week. Planning on weekly salads and other things...
My husband and I are trying something new. We're making our own "tv" dinners by using Bento boxes... this is our first try doing this. We thought it might make a difference in the way we eat and how much. We work different shifts so it keeps us from cooking and leaving the food on the stove until the other gets home.

Have you ever found it difficult to find the time or motivation to exercise?

If you can relate to that, you’re definitely not alone. You may find it helpful to start by focusing on simply increasing your daily physical activity. This doesn’t have to be a vigorous weight lifting session or a long run but can be as simple as taking your dog for a walk, doing some yard work, taking the stairs, doing some squats while you brush your teeth, or simply making sure you don’t sit for extended periods of time throughout the day. All of this extra movement adds up to help you reach your activity goals.

Getting a minimum of 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity or 75 minutes of high-intensity physical activity per week is associated with numerous health benefits. So, begin chipping away at that goal by finding simple ways to be more active throughout your day!
