Archive Retrieval Fees Apply for Years 1994–2005
Photos from 1994–2005 were captured on film, not digital. Because of this, a location fee is required to retrieve and process these images.

This fee covers:
• Locating your archived negatives
• Converting film negatives into digital format
• Preparing and providing your proof images
From 2006 and newer, many images may already be stored digitally, making retrieval faster and easier.
