My wife Andrea will save a bit of leftover food in the fridge for a week until I can finally convince her to throw it out.

I joke with her that the food isn't going up in value any time soon.

Unfortunately, this is most peoples wealth creation strategy. They save cash (depreciating asset) in their bank accounts hoping and praying someday they will be financially free. What they don't realize is every year their savings account is LOSING value due to inflation.

This is what we call CRAP...

Cash Rich, but Asset Poor.

This WAS me in 2020. I was busting my butt growing my business, but had nothing in terms of assets to show for it.

I was trading 12-14 hour days of my life for money...

But my money wasn't out working for me.

So, what should you do instead?

Take your hard earned money and invest into APPRECIATING assets that CASH FLOW like real estate.

Let your MONEY work harder for YOU than you had to work for it.

And let your real estate pay you while you sleep, enjoy holidays, and take family vacations.
