We’re still buzzing about our work with The American College 🐝

In the second spot of The American College of Financial Services’ “Specialists Need Specialists, Too” campaign, we’re spotlighting the deep expertise (and dare we say, obsession) that sets specialists apart. We leaned into unexpected metaphors to stand out in the traditional financial services landscape.

A beekeeper has spent years learning how to harvest honey—and their financial specialist should be just as dedicated to their craft. 🍯

The spot received nods in district Addys and the Indie Agency News’ Top 40, but we’re most proud of the impact it had in increasing awareness of the importance of specializations and on The College’s long-term goals.

Our team got bigger‼️ Accomplished journalist and veteran reporter Mary Sell joined us this month as senior business editor.

Mary has extensive newsroom experience covering Alabama’s policies and politics, translating how processes in Montgomery affect everyday Alabamians. She most recently worked as a reporter and editor at Alabama Daily News. She’ll bring her talent and experience to help Big Com’s clients tell the story of Alabama’s thriving commerce and workforce development.
