Happy meet your barista Wednesday! This is Ashvi, and she’s been at Caveat for just 3 months. Her current fav drink is a strawberry shortcake matcha 🍰🍵 and her favorite thing about working at Caveat are the amazing girls she gets to work with and all the coffee ☕️ A fun fact about her is she loves sage green so much almost everything she owns is that color!

Meet . Her last job was at a PRG restaurant that recently closed. We are excited to welcome her to our team! It has been difficult to watch restaurants close this week, especially when it impacts the hard-working individuals who brought those spaces to life.

She’s from Colorado and loves to snowboard 🏂 Her favorite drink is a Honey Cinnamon (with extra cinnamon ☕️), and her favorite thing about working at Caveat is her awesome coworkers and all of the regulars she sees every day!
