Shoutout to everyone who showed up and crushed it today! The only limits that exist are the ones you set upon yourself 📈🔥

But more importantly, today we honor and remember those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. We are forever grateful for your service 🙏

In honor of all the brave men and women who have given everything in service to our country… we THANK YOU for your sacrifice. For Memorial Day (5/25) we’ll be modifying our class schedule:

All classes will run 7:30am–10:30am only.

After that, we’d like to invite you all to join the LPG trainers take on the Murph Challenge! We’ll be starting around 10:30am right after classes... How often do you get to workout with your trainer 😉 all levels are welcome.

Congrats to our one and only Coach Sam competing in his first (and not last) powerlifting meet, as well as SMOKING 562 lb on deadlift!! 💪💪 learn to deadlift like him every Tuesday morning when he coaches deadlifts 😝😝
