For the past two years, Identity has brought Hudsonville Ice Cream to communities across the Midwest through surprise-and-delight moments built around the brand’s beloved ice cream bars. With stops in Detroit, Nashville, St. Louis, Indianapolis, Louisville and beyond, we combined strategic in-person activations, radio partnerships, digital advertising and earned media outreach to amplify Hudsonville’s visibility in key retail markets.

If you work in commercial real estate, there’s no place quite like ICSC Las Vegas.
Identity was recently on the ground at the world’s largest commercial real estate event, supporting clients, meeting with national real estate media and connecting with leaders across the retail, development, property management and investment landscape.
With more than a dozen media meetings and multiple clients on site, it was another productive week at a conference that has helped shape our commercial real estate PR practice for decades.

Major real estate projects are measured in milestones, and each one presents an opportunity to earn attention and build momentum.
Identity recently partnered with Cottonwood Group in Boston to support the groundbreaking of Building F at the Bunker Hill Housing Redevelopment.
The result: a high-profile event featuring , housing leaders, development partners and community stakeholders, all focused on the future of housing in Charlestown. The nine-story building will deliver 266 mixed-income homes and serve as a key component of a redevelopment expected to create nearly 2,700 housing units over the next decade.
