Getting the grill set up for smoked chicken tonight! 🍗 Added a pecan log after cooking for a few hours. We got a nice brown tint from the pecan smoke. Flip them over half way through. Peel the skin off after six hours and add white sauce. Cook for another 30 minutes and your good to go. We wrapped ours in tinfoil for some extra tenderness. You can get our family white sauce recipe on the website.
