Cool review for the "Southern Hardcore Vol. 2" CD in the newest edition of Razorcake! :) We will have them at the show tonight at The Nick, in case anyone was wondering... ;)

Now that I am awake and (slightly) recovered, I gotta say, Friday night's show at The Firehouse and Saturday's show at The Copper Top Dive N Dine were both a hell of a lot of fun. We (finally) got to to try out a new song, which is always a plus, but beyond that, every band we played with were great, and all just the greatest people! :) Post Consumer Waste and New Dawn Rising were both very pleasant surprises, as I didn't hadn't heard much about them before getting on the show, but definitely worth checking out, the both of them.

Last night was the first night of our Southern Hardcore Vol.2 CD release shows (props to Dane from the The Aggravated for putting that thing together, it's awesome), this one the Huntsville edition! Birmingham edition coming next! The Aggravated, Dead Friends, and AATXE all kicked ass and are all wonderful people, and even though Property couldn't make the show, Shane Holcomb and some other Props were there too, so at least the band was there in spirit! :) The Copper Top Dive N Dine is always a blast to play, and Ruthie Borden and Josh Dodd are always wonderful hosts, so we're definitely looking forward to getting back up there again, and soon, I believe! Anyway, that's it, rant over, but yeah, damn good weekend for your pals at Disincentive, so thanks to all.... :)

If you were in one of the bands and already gone, sorry, I should have thought of this sooner, but there will be other chances, we just gotta remember quicker! :)
