**🖨️ NOW HIRING: Print Operator at Hectic Momma Printing (Pelham, AL)**

We're a family-owned DTF and UV DTF transfer shop shipping 100+ orders every single day to shirt makers, crafters and small businesses all over the country. We're growing fast and looking for a print operator to join the crew.

**What you'll do:**

• Run and monitor our DTF printers and shakers
• Load film, check prints for quality, and keep orders moving to make our same-day shipping cutoff
• Do daily machine maintenance: head cleaning, ink levels, keeping things tidy
• Troubleshoot when something acts up (and learn how if you don't know yet)

**You'll fit right in if you:**

• Are mechanically inclined and like figuring out how things work
• Have a good eye for detail and color
• Show up on time and can handle a fast-paced shop
• Bonus points for DTF, screen printing, or large-format printer experience, but we'll train the right person

**Why HMP:**

• Family-run shop that actually cares about its people
• No six-day work weeks
• Steady, growing business with room to move up
