Same Colombian crop from Jairo Arcila as our El Camino using the same 72 hr anaerobic fermentation process. However with the Thunderbird ripe strawberries instead of peaches are added to the fermentation tanks to create sweet notes of fruity strawberries. Grab one of each and see how they compare!

It has been around 6 months since we moved our roastery to downtown Birmingham and opened the coffee shop to the public! We have enjoyed serving coffee alongside our production space and have loved the support and encouragement from you all along the way! Thank you
