Happy Father’s Day to all fathers and father figures! Today, we celebrate the care, support, and guidance you give every day. We also want to remind the men in our community that mental health matters.

Nearly 1 in 10 men experience depression or anxiety, yet fewer than half receive treatment. If you’re struggling, you are not alone, and it’s okay to ask for help. Common Ground is here for you. For support, visit commongroundhelps.org.

It has been both an honor and a privilege for the Rochester Hills Resiliency Center to walk alongside this community, supporting all those impacted by the tragic shooting at the Brooklands Splashpad two years ago today. We hold this day with deep remembrance and compassion, and we remain steadfast in our commitment to being here for this community—today and moving forward.
