First day of class today.

Classes begin September 8.

The recent stimulus package passed by Congress and signed into law by Pres. Trump increased access to SNAP (food) benefits for college students. No student should go hungry. Check out this Twitter thread for more info.

MUS system schools, including MSUB, will be starting their fall semester 3 weeks early on August 19. The fall semester will end in November just before Thanksgiving.

Summer during an election year is a great way to cut your teeth in politics. Campaigns are looking for help (and you usually have to work as a volunteer for an election cycle or two before getting paid work). Also, canvassing jobs are popping up on Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, and Facebook ads.

It appears, for now, we will be conducting in-person classes this fall at MSUB. We will still offer a portion of our courses online, but most of our fall 2020 courses will be in-person.
