Installed a reman engine in a customer's 2017 Polaris Sportsman 570 and serviced front differential and transmission this week. It's a ranch rig, if you can't tell...lol.

Did a Whipple upgrade kit for the 3.5L EcoBoost on the tow truck. Came with bigger intercooler, different airbox and custom tune. Pretty impressive horsepower/torque gains! And installed a JLT oil separator.

Just finished this complete engine and frame build on Jordan Schmidt's 2001 Yamaha Banshee. This 4 wheeler was a mess when I got it for the rebuild! We made it a 4mill stock cylinder build that I had Rob at RDZ port the cylinders and cut the head on. Completely rebuilt the frame with Fireball Racing +6 swingarm and +1 +2 a-arms. Converted carbs from the crappy TORS system. This Banshee rips pretty good...it is very impressive! It was definitely an expensive rebuild, tipping the $10,000 mark with parts, labor and sublet work! We started this project in December. Thanks Jordan for your business!!

Got the cage bolted down and the doors installed today!! Liking this lower roof line cage! Waiting for the seats to show up.

Got my screw-up fixed when I was prying turbo boost tube off. Couldn't get at the plug in for boost pressure sensor...while it pulled all the wires out of the plug in. Was having trouble getting one wire to snap into the connector. That was the main reason for pulling the box off, so I could get at the connector. One terminal was slightly tweaked..got it straightened out and it finally snapped into connector. Had to reroute the boost pressure sensor wire to give it some slack. Was pretty tight from factory. After fixing that, I started installing the Vent Racing cage...like the looks of the lower roof line design.

The new ride is getting some mods and some add-ons. Got the Dominator turbo installed, head studs installed and the valves adjusted so far. It's getting a Vent Racing roll cage, Triple X seats from Side by Side Addicts and Packard V2 wheels with sand tires I have to get yet.

Finished rebuilding the clutches on Don Olson's 2011 Polaris 800 RZR today. Came in with terrible belt squealing and wouldn't go over 35mph.

Got my clutch fixture stand mounted to the floor...it works awesome!! Will be able to rebuild primary clutches with ease.

Got the sand tires mounted for Bob Roberts.. going on his CanAm X3. Going to deliver them to him this afternoon.
