Nice welding table we just finished. 5x8 41” tall. Right at a 1000lbs. Adjustable leveling feet. 1/4 wall tubing with a 1/2” top that’s been trued to flat. Pictures make it look small but it is a beast. We can also do 1/2” threaded holes in a grid pattern for fabricators.

So those of you that have been following along with the shop truck progress here is some update photos. As a recap we sectioned a newer 4x4 Ranger chassis and modified the firewall to mate to the 56 F100. Build a custom box the fit the ranger frame and bent a ribbed floor. Custom radiator support with cover. Paint was finished last Friday and it is slowly going together.

We were asked to make a custom hood for Klay Spearman’s Challenger. Originally when I built the inner fenders for Bob Koschel he had never planned on running a hood so there wasn’t any provisions for hood hinges and latch. Plus with the cage it eliminated the unibody section for hinges. So we mocked it up in chipboard on a 6 cylinder hood. But we wanted to do something unique so we completely fabricated a new skin from scratch which combines and RT style with a cowl. I think turned out quite cool. The way Bob did the firewall I had to make stainless pockets for the hinges to fold down into and modify a factory latch to work with the radiator placement. We CNC cut and bent plates that tied into the cage to fit the factory hinges. When the hood was closed we didn’t want to see the suspension so I created a waterfall effect so the hood rolls over and downinto the engine bay. I bead rolled the paint scheme that is on the car into the waterfall section. Making everything clear the blower was a job. Toxic Designs matched the Kandy green which was a feat in itself and Cornbread recreated the same paint scheme on the beadroll. It was a team effort that created something cool. Hope you enjoy it

Just finished this little gem for Rex Roe. This is a 1933 Buick, the details Buick put into these cars was so much more ornate compared to a Chevy or ford. Now Fuel injected with creature comforts.

This is about the only Dodge Charger most of us can afford anymore.
