Another look at Lifting Leadership 2026, where more than 200 leaders from across the TNT Family of Companies came together to connect, collaborate, and continue building momentum for the year ahead.

Day 2 featured discussions focused on Operations, Safety, Business Development, Engineering & Lift Planning, and Information Technology, all centered around sharing knowledge, strengthening alignment, and continuing to elevate the support we provide to our customers and teams.

Just as important were the moments between sessions, where colleagues from across the U.S. and Canada had the opportunity to build relationships, exchange ideas, and enjoy time together.

During National Apprenticeship Week, we’re proud to recognize the trainers and mentors helping develop the next generation of highly skilled rigging professionals across the TNT Family of Companies.

Highly trained riggers are essential to safe and efficient lifting operations, and our U.S. Department of Labor Registered Rigging Apprenticeship Program provides the hands-on training, practical evaluations, certifications, and field experience needed to prepare apprentices for the demands of the job.

Investing in apprenticeship programs helps build safer jobsites, stronger teams, and a stronger future for our industry.

Last week in Houston, TX, 200+ team members from the TNT Family of Companies came together for Lifting Leadership 2026.

We kicked things off with our Senior Leadership Team, Branch Managers, and Strategic Account Managers, recognizing the successes of the past year and aligning on how we carry that momentum forward.

Across operations, safety, and sales, the focus is clear: elevate the level of service we deliver, expand opportunities for our people, and continue setting the standard for safe ex*****on. Nothing is out of reach.
