Summer activities can wreak havoc on our skin. Using a dry brush regularly can help with exfoliation, circulation, and so much more.
My best tip for using a dry brush is writing the date you start using it and getting a new one every 4-5 weeks. This will keep your brush from collecting bacteria, building up dry skin, and keeping the bristles from breaking.
