Hey Big Spring, TX I need your help! I am looking for someone with a small overgrown yard(at least knee high). I need someone who is struggling but they are trying to stay on top of things. Over the past several years, I have had clients who need to sell a home that has been in the family for many years. In some cases, their elderly parent has passed away, and the family has decided to sell the home. In other cases, the homeowners themselves are retiring and moving away, or just downsizing locally.

This process can be incredibly stressful, mentally and physically. Not only are there relationship dynamics to navigate as you work through the plans with your entire family, but there is usually an avalanche of things to deal with, plus a number of household repairs that need to happen (we call this “deferred maintenance”).

I want to be the LEAST stressful part of this process for my clients.

I do that by having a deep bench of local business owners who can solve problems. Do you need to haul away 40 years of stuff? I got a guy–you can call Tee P*e’s Workshop & Mowing. Do you need an electrician to bring old wiring up to code? I know the best, it’s Randy Ramirez. Do you need a handyman to work through a punch list of 10 items before we can even think about taking photos? You should call Christian Liberty Construction.

So, don’t worry. I have helped many families in our area navigate this stressful time. It would be an honor to do the same for you.

I have a 3’x3’ trailer for sale. Needs a little work, tail lights need to be installed(I have the lights). Sides were added, the floor needs to be fastened in. The only thing it needs that I don’t have is a wheel seal, wheel bearings are good. $300 and you will have to pick up.
