It is made by infusing immune boosting foods and herbs in apple cider vinegar and honey.

Take a small amount daily, or take it a few times during a sick spell to help your body fight 💪🏼

This bath blend is a great way to help your body relax and soak up essential minerals while sick, or while you're trying to stay above the wellness line!

To use:
Adults add 1-2 cups per bath
1/2 cup for kiddos under 5

You will want the water as hot as you can stand. I like to gradually increase the heat as the bath is filling so my body will adjust.
