🥳 Happy closing day to my sweet friend and seller, and my old landlord! Once upon a time, many years ago I was a single momma just trying to make it, and Myrtie & D.C. rented me a cute little home in Coahoma TX that was affordable and well-kept, and the perfect place for me and my little boy to call home! Over the years we got to know each other very well, and we forged an unshakable, lifelong friendship that I absolutely cherish! 💖

🙏🏼 When the time came for them to get out of the property management business, they called on me to walk beside them in their rental home selling journey. Many rental property sales later, and today we closed on the last of them! It’s been a bittersweet journey but one that’s been so fun and memorable for both of us!
