Outside the office, Shannon keeps bees and fills the rest of her time with pottery, quilting, crochet, and her garden. She's a morning person who takes her coffee black, so the early calls are in good hands.

A nor'easter is moving up the coast this weekend, bringing heavy rain, strong winds, and the chance of coastal flooding across Southern Maine. If you have a few minutes before it arrives, a quick walk around your property can make a real difference.

Bring in patio furniture and anything else the wind could carry, clear gutters and storm drains, and move vehicles away from large trees where you can. It also helps to take a few photos of your home and belongings now. If you end up filing a claim, those photos make the process much easier.

This month, we're recognizing June Millin, our Receptionist at Rousseau. June joined the agency in 2016, bringing more than 20 years of customer service experience to the role. Born and raised in Biddeford and a graduate of Biddeford High School, she is a familiar and welcoming presence for every person who walks through the door or calls the office.
