The BHS boy's hockey season came to an end tonight as the Tigers fell just short in a 4-3 loss to the Thornton Acadamy Trojans, who will face Lewiston at the State Championship Game on Saturday. Brady Fleurent led the Tigers in the goal department, finding the back of the net twice tonight. Tyler Audie also scored.

The boys hockey team emerged victorious tonight after a 5-1 win against the rival Trojans. Brady Fleurent led the way with a hat trick and an assist for the Tigers while Bryan Dallaire scored the other two goals for Biddeford.
The boy hockey team will be facing the Thornton Academy Trojans tonight at 6pm at the Biddeford Ice Arena.
The boys hockey team kicked off their season tonight with a 2-2 tie against the Lewiston Blue Devils. Biddeford goals were scored by: Scott Callahan (Brady Fleurent) and Travis Guay (unassisted). The Tigers will host the Scarborough Red Storm Friday night at 5pm at the Biddeford Ice Arena.

UPDATE: Biddeford City Council approves school budget with no changes to the already million dollar cuts. Many citizens spoke on topics ranging from the importance of education to special education. Citizens have the final word as they vote on June 8th.
TONIGHT: The City Council votes on the first reading of the Biddeford School Department budget at 7PM in the City Hall Council Chambers. The budget includes over a million dollars worth of cuts to sports, teaching positions, special education, maintenance, electives, and much more.
