6 years ago this week we re-opened this place and ever since have been continually amazed at the love and support we’ve received from our friends, family, community and customers near and far. So it is with heavy hearts that we’ve decided to close up shop for the time being, starting today. We need to protect our staff and our community and this feels like the only way to do that safely. Our online shop is live and we’ve got merch and gift certificates in abundance. We love you all and we’ll see you on the other side of this thing.

Did you know our hash is made from 💯% Maine grass fed beef? The brisket and short rib are brined in house for five days before getting braised for 16 hours low and slow. Add a little love and some griddle magic and BAM! There it is. Pairs nicely with eggs any way you like them, Palace Potatoes, and snowy Sunday mornings.
