Have you heard the news?
Townhouse plan may be the one that works for S**o Island's undeveloped east side Several ambitious plans for the long-vacant west side of the island have fallen through over the past 15 years, but the smaller residential plan proposed by island east side developer Ted Moore doesn't involve public partnership or water access and focuses on needed housing.
City leaders are doing a great job promoting this area. It's one of the major reasons more and more people want to live in downtown S**o.

Did you see S**o on the news? Channel 8 recently reported on the high demand for housing downtown. As the downtown and Main Street become bigger draws, eventually this all generates more tax revenue, but uses EXISTING municipal infrastructure, keeping costs to taxpayers down --- very important. S**o’s on the move.
