On Monday, local singles gathered to chat without the structured speed dating or name tags🍸

Sick of Swiping Maine mission is to change the modern dating climate by getting people off the apps and into fun nights of flirting, great drinks, new friends, and vibey local spots💋

They even had romcoms playing on the TVs, which set the perfect mood. Phones aren’t allowed, so if you want someone’s number you have to go old-school and write it down on a card☎️

I had the best time. It felt so nice to be out and actually chatting with people. The people yearn for third places.
