🌊✨ Psyched to be gearing up for our upcoming Women's Open Water Swim Retreat with the amazing and in Grand Cayman! 🏊‍♀️💪 (She's Surf and I'm Turf)

We’ll be sharing nuggets of wisdom, skills, technique, and tools for both in the water and on land with a community of incredible, adventurous, and inspiring women. It is sure to be filled with laughter, friendship and tons of support and encouragement.

Today I vote optimism and hope for a more perfect union.

Why do you swim in the Channel? I can think of a few good reasons.

This is after my final swim leg in the churning channel. All the training was key, but the question still is… how you will respond when you step off the boat and into “the arena.” Will it be fear or fearless determination? I got my answer. It was pure exhilaration! I feel incredibly ALIVE !!!
Each of us jumped off and into the waters without hesitation, determined. So proud so grateful to you my dearest friend and incredible coach and teammates Deb Henson and Marie Clark!

A dream come true!!! Getting to work with my best friend since college, open water triple crown legend Sharing both of our life’s work, passion and expertise… together “surf and turf” in our inaugural Women’s Open Water Skills Camp in Wellesley Island NY. I am so very blessed and full of joy and gratitude. What incredible, courageous amazing women. Thank you all!!
