So exciting to see these houses begin their transformation! After sitting vacant for 15+ years, these historic homes are being rehabilitated into 6 units of affordable housing to serve our Southside community.

A huge thanks to all of our partners in the project -- Community Action Lehigh Valley, City of Bethlehem, The Cathedral Church of the Nativity, and New Bethany.

And none of this would be possible without the support of our funders Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, PHFA, Northampton County, Just Born, Inc., QNB, Provident Bank, Embassy Bank For the Lehigh Valley, Fidelity Bank, Peoples Security Bank and Trust, Univest Bank and Trust Co., and PPL.

Stay tuned for the interior rehab!
