Welcome to , Shianne Melo!

Shianne is joining KCE as a civil engineer in our Bethlehem office. She brings experience in site and civil engineering, stormwater management, grading, erosion control, and permitting for a wide range of land development projects.

A NJIT graduate and certified EIT, Shianne is also an avid hiker, cyclist, and snowboarder.

We’re excited to see her jump into projects and make an impact on the communities KCE serves!

Welcome to , Benjamin Siegel!

We are thrilled to have Benjamin join the team. He brings experience in environmental engineering, including stormwater management design, erosion and sediment control, NPDES permitting, and site development planning. Benjamin earned his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from King's College, Pennsylvania.

With his strong technical background and passion for environmental engineering, we know he will do great things as part of the KCE team.

We are excited to share that Jim has earned his Pennsylvania Building Code Official (PA BCO) certification! This important credential helps Jim ensure safe, compliant construction by reviewing plans, conducting inspections, and enforcing the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code.

As Pennsylvania’s largest municipal conference, PSATS brings together thousands of township officials and partners for a few days of learning, networking, and collaboration. It’s always a privilege for to be part of those conversations.

It was great to be part of the County of Northampton Envirothon held at Louise Moore Park 🌎

This year’s event brought together 12 high school teams for a day of hands-on environmental learning and competition across aquatics, forestry, soils, wildlife, and current environmental issues. The energy and enthusiasm these students bring to environmental education is always inspiring to see.

We handled everything from surveying to construction oversight, including new lighting for baseball fields, upgraded parking lots, and electrical outlets for practice batting cages.
