Very interesting article and legislation from our neighbors to the north.
The New York state Senate passed a bill 60-0 requiring residential properties to be publicly marketed rather than sold through private networks, sending the measure to Gov. Kathy Hochul for her signature. Violations would carry fines of up to $5,000 and risk license revocation.

Some upgrades just make life better. The kind that make you smile every time you walk into the room, host a gathering, or settle in at the end of the day. While resale value is always a factor, thereโs also something to be said for loving where you live right now. โจ The best improvements arenโt just smart on paper โ they feel good every single day.

The right color choices can make a big difference in how your home shows, and how buyers feel the moment they walk in ๐จ๐ก Thoughtful, well-placed tones can help a space feel more inviting, modern, and move-in ready. If youโre getting ready to sell, even small updates like this can go a long way in boosting appeal. Not sure where to start or what will make the biggest impact? Send me a message, and Iโd love to help you create a game plan!
