This one hits deep for me, folks. A lot of sweat went into the video and I hope it comes across 😅 I sat on this recording for a bit - wonderfully produced by - and at some point I knew it wouldn't be complete without a nostalgia-laced video, featuring my hometown of Bethlehem, PA and a throwback to my days in the ...

So I hit up the band directors with my crazy idea and begged for use of an uber-expensive British Grenadier tunic + bearskin. I hit up my old friend Billy G of , who was the drum major in our marching band days, to be the lead. I hit up my pal who was a professional mascot in a former life (honestly, nobody sweat more than he did), to recreate a prank our classmates used to pull on-field at football games. I hopped on a plane with who shot, directed and edited the whole shebang, and we brought it to life 🎥🙌🏻

Here's to keeping our sanity by making goofy videos with our friends. And here's to staying young and wild, if not physically (vitamins and cardio will only get us so far) then at ❤️ where it really matters!
