One of the challenges with repairing older metal buildings is knowing when a patch just isn’t the right solution.

After a tree fell into this pole building, it damaged the rear gable end, trim, and roof truss system. While we could have repaired only the affected area, matching the existing metal panels after years of weathering wasn’t going to produce a result anyone would be happy with.

Instead, we rebuilt the entire rear wall, repaired the structural damage, and installed new metal siding and trim to give the building a clean, uniform appearance while restoring its structural integrity.

The finished product looks intentional—not like a repair.
