Happiest of birthdays to One of our favorite Three! ZEST is a fantastic way to enjoy a sunset on her special day! 🙌❤️🎉🎈

Our tastebuds say that Aman's Indian calls for red wine, so Tavola Cabernet Sauvignon from Cellar Beast Winehouse is the perfect partner. (This wine is 14.8%, y'all.) Tonight is a good night.

Part 2:
Welcome back foodie friends! Let's dive right back into the scrumptious offerings at Aman's Artisan Indian Cuisine. We’ve been craving their dishes ever since Part 1 of our review and, yes, we have gone back there a second time since then! 🌶️🥘🍛

Two of us ordered the Panjabi Wings—spiced and breaded chicken wings served on a sizzling plate with sautéed onions and peppers. (Now, the One of Us who writes these reviews is a strict vegetarian, so she can’t comment on their taste (🤢 LOL), but she does know that the presentation of these was NOTHING like she’s ever seen before and the Two carnivores who inhaled them were clearly impressed and kept exclaiming as such!) Aman's nailed it with their unique take on wings. (Aman’s does have a vegan version of Wings, but we didn’t get to try them that day. Next time!) 🍗🌶️🔥

Our final appetizer: the Vegetable Samosas. These crispy pastries were cooked to absolute perfection. These are like the egg rolls of the Indian scene and if you’ve never had Indian, you have to try these. Stuffed with a potato and pea filling, every bite was pure joy. The outer shell provided the ideal crunch factor. NOM NOM NOM. (No, that’s not Indian slang, that’s literally us munching on all these appetizers!)🥟🌱🧆

Now onto the main events! As Paneer Tikka Masala connoisseurs, we always, always order this dish when we hit up a new Indian place. Why? Because it’s damn good. And Aman’s did not disappoint. They blew us away with their flawless ex*****on of this iconic dish! The pressed cheese cubes are simply divine, swimming in the creamiest, most craveable tomato sauce. Take a bow, Aman’s! Peeps, ORDER THIS. 🧀🍅🌶️

But learning how much we loved Paneer Tikka Masala, Bally also insisted we also try their Tandoori Masala Paneer—and we're so glad we listened! Fire-roasted cheese curds served sizzling hot, baked in a clay oven, tossed in a vibrant masala veggie medley. This dish is beautiful and literally pleases every one of your senses when it’s placed in front of you. The colors, the presentation, the simplicity, the complexity - RIDICULOUSLY GOOD. 🫓🧀🔥

Our final entrée was the show-stopping Vegan Butter Chick'n, a rarity we were thrilled to find because noone ever offers this! Now, obviously, if you’re a carnivore, you’re going to order the normal Butter Chicken, which Aman’s has basically won awards for. But for Three People, it’s so nice to be able to try the variety of vegan dishes they offer and we couldn’t be happier about that! This tomato coconut sauce? HOLY HELL, it’s a mystery how one of us didn’t just drink this sauce right out of the dish! It is literally that good. 🐓🥥🍅

A staple with your entrees is always basmati rice and naan. What is naan? It’s basically their “bread” and it’s amazeballs. It’s perfect for scooping up all those delicious sauces that are left on your plate, or wrapping up some of those cheese curd chunks with runaway rice and shoveling that in your mouth. ALWAYS ORDER NAAN. And since everything at Aman’s is alacarte, you just order what you want as sides. Today, we did the Jeera rice, butter naan and garlic naan—all executed flawlessly. 🍚🫓🌶️

AND… we tried a dessert! This was a first for us at an Indian restaurant. Normally, we are so stuffed that we skip dessert, but Bally insisted that we try the Gulab Jamun and, boy, are we glad he did! These are milk puffs soaked in cardamom syrup with shredded coconut. Basically, tiny warm balls… and yes, the innuendo jokes flew at the table when we first saw these. But then we each tasted one and these tiny balls punched us in the face with THE MOST AMAZING TEXTURE AND FLAVOR EVER and made us fight over who got the rest of them. I mean, talk about one of the best, most unique desserts we’ve ever had and this is it. Good on ya, for making us see the light with these, Bally! We will never not order these when we visit! 🥛🍨🌰

Well, friends, that concludes our spicy saga at Aman's Artisan Indian Cuisine! Our taste buds did a Bollywood dance number throughout the entire meal. This is hands-down one of the BEST Indian restaurants we've experienced to date. Run, don't walk, to get your reservation today! And be sure to tell Bally and Jas that Three People sent you! 🎉🎬🌶️

Part 1: Where do we even start with this one? Aman's Artisan Indian Cuisine in downtown Easton, PA—our hearts were doing a fluttery dance as we entered! We have been so excited to go here because we absolutely LOVE Indian food. But we were also nervous because it was also like “Just please be good. PLEASE, OH PLEASE, let this be good.” But fear not, followers, we were about to embark on the most flavorful adventure! 🌶️🎉🍲

As soon as we walked in, this bright, happy-faced guy just took us under his wing and helped us find the perfect seat... which happened to be outside. We later found out his name is Bally, he’s the owner, and he-is-amazing. So personable and helpful, welcoming for questions, warm and friendly - what a way to start our afternoon! We also met his brother Jas when Bally had to leave and tag out. The customer service here is ridiculously great! It's like being invited to an Indian feast at your friend's house, where they treat you like royalty and make you feel right at home. This is especially important when it comes to newbies feeling at ease when first trying Indian food! 🌶️🎉🍲

And let us remind you that neither of them had any idea that we were secretly going to review them as Three People. Stealth mode ON! We wanted the genuine experience, and boy, did they deliver. The flavors, the aromas, the delightful surprises—our taste buds were at a Bollywood bash! 🎭🎉🍛

We soaked up the Easton vibes in their beautiful outdoor space. With stunning brick walls, enchanting patio lights, and just the right amount of privacy, we couldn't help but fall in love with it! And let's not forget the gorgeously decorated interior dining space—it's a visual treat, too. But honestly, that outdoor area takes the crown if the weather’s just right. 🌆🏞️🍻

Now... calling all self-proclaimed "I don't like Indian food" folks! If you haven't tried Aman's, you're truly missing out on a most memorable culinary experience. We get it, some might have a love-hate relationship with curry, but guess what? Indian cuisine is WAY more than just curry! Don't let your own naivety stand in the way of discovering the amazing flavors and awesomeness that awaits you here. Step out of your comfort zone and into a world of irresistible delights. You'll thank us later! 🌶️🍛😋

Now, when you go to order, the menu might seem a little intimidating at first glance. I mean, we get it, it's in a different language! But fear not, because 1) the descriptions are so clear with their little blurbs and details... and 2) ASK THEM, because they are so damn friendly. We could have chatted with both brothers well into the afternoon. They are incredibly passionate about their restaurant and making sure you love what you get. (And can we remind you that you probably didn't know what "lo mein" and "chow mein" were back in your day, but now you do… so get to know your Indian dishes, too!) 📜🤔🍽️

Oh, and it's BYOB, so don't forget to bring your favorite beverage! 🍷🍹🍻

First up on our most amazing Indian foodie adventure was the Lasuni Sweet Gobi, and OMG, it was out of this world! These cauliflower fritters are pure magic—crispy, chewy, and bathed in a heavenly sweet garlic glaze. We couldn't resist licking the bowl clean! Trust us, it's a flavor explosion that'll leave you craving more. Insanely good. We were sad when the bowl was empty. 🌟🧄🍚

Next up were the Vegetable Pakora, which are little vegetable fritters made with a spiced garbanzo batter. These were a clear winner at our table. We’ve never had better pakoras and you get TEN of them in this dish! WHAT?!?! Plus they are served with a little trio of different flavored chutneys for dipping, perfect for Three People. Get in my belly, little pakoras! These were AMAZING. It's probably good that they limited us to ten. 🤣🌶️🌯

And with that, we’re going to pause for Part 1. We don’t want to overwhelm you and hopefully, we have piqued your interest if you’re a newbie and sealed the deal if you're a seasoned foodie. This place is one not to miss. But you DO need reservations, which are plentiful and easy to do off their website. We heard through the Bally-grapevine that Tuesday and Wednesday nights are their least busy, so head there then and avoid the crowds that show up on weekends! And if you do, tell them Three People sent you! 🎬🎟️🍽️

😘

Thank you for the beautiful words! It was a pleasure speaking to you all about the restaurant and our cuisine!

Oh boy, Stoke in Easton got us all pumped up with excitement! Two of us had been here before, and we couldn't wait to dive back into the deliciousness and experience it as Three People. It was a Tuesday night, so not really crowded or busy, and the hostess seated us right away at a hightop near the bar. We were ready for a feast of epic proportions! But wait, where was our server? We might as well have grown a beard and watched the grass grow while we waited for him to make his grand appearance—17 minutes, to be exact. Thank goodness we weren't starving and hangry (yet), having nibbled on some light fare earlier. Now, in this case, we realize it wasn't entirely his fault. We noticed that he was dealing with a table full of multiple gift card chaos from a large party behind us; we could see that and we tried to be understanding of that. But come on, other staffers, don't just stroll around, chatting with each other, checking your phones, and walking by us. While our server was busting his butt trying to finish up, we could also see you doing nothing… step up and save your fellow server from a sea of frustrated glances! Teamwork, folks, teamwork! 🎉🍽️🤝

Finally, though, like a knight in shining apron, our server arrived, bowing apologetically. And we were cool with it - no hard feelings, man. Now that you’re here, let’s get to it! A slow and rocky start couldn't dent our spirits, and boy, were we in for a treat! We kicked off our cocktail order with "The Stoke," a magical concoction of house made pineapple gin, black pepper, Prosecco, and elderflower—a sip of pure enchantment! What a wonderful mixture of pure delight! Next up, the Jalapeño Margarita—no sweetness, just the glorious essence of jalapeño meatiness. We were wishing for a fiery punch with this one, but it was more on the garden-fresh and tangy side—quite the tongue-tickler. We were won over, so good on ya, Stoke. 🍍🍸🌶️

But hold on, folks, brace yourselves for the gnocchi! O.M.G. the House Made Potato GNOCCHI. We felt like we stumbled upon a long-lost Italian cousin—smoked gnocchi that was warm, squishy yet crisp on the edges. It was a gorgeously presented small plate with the gnocchi combined with perfectly cooked asparagus and wild mushrooms, sitting atop baby arugula and this truffle cream. We can't. We just can't. And yet we would over and over again. No wonder it’s listed first on their Small Plates list. This is a MUST DISH. 🍽️😋🇮🇹

And then there was the Funghi Bianco pizza—mozzarella, mushrooms, caramelized onions and that same truffle cream, literally a divine dish fit for the gods! One of us was so moved by its perfection, she broke into prayer using tongue we've never heard before and her eyes rolled back in her head. Yes, we are that animated when we taste and review food. Good flavors will do that after two tasty cocktails. 🍕🙏😄

Finally, the Margarita pizza—fresh, tangy, rustic, and down-to-earth. It's like they conjured this pizza magic with just three ingredients. And that crust. Perfect simplicity at its finest. 🍕🍅👌

Stoke, you had us swooning, praying, and savoring every bite. Once the initial slow dance was over, you wowed us with your culinary prowess. We're ready to come back for more—magical cocktails, amazing food, and service that found its rhythm. 🎉🍸🍕
