We love a good row workout. But why is she kneeling?
The half-kneeling position forces better balance, hip control, and coordination through every rep. 🔥 our trainers always have a method to their madness... you just have to ask!

Many athletes can produce output once, but the real question is whether they can reproduce it repeatedly under fatigue. This workshop will focus on practical coaching concepts related to:
🔥 Performance drop-off
🔥 Durable output under fatigue
🔥 Structuring explosive training
🔥 Repeated effort management
🔥 Practical Keiser applications
🔥 Coaching interpretation and programming considerations
We’ll discuss how repeated effort behavior and performance stability can influence training decisions in real athlete settings, along with some broader concepts I’ve been developing within my current performance model and their practical applications.
This workshop is intended to be the first in an ongoing performance education series focused on modern approaches to explosive training, athlete preparation, repeated effort performance, and practical coaching.

Trainer SHOUTOUT! 📢📢🔥
“I’ve been working with Keith Lee who is simply awesome. Fun, motivating, experienced, and a dedicated weightlifter himself, which is evident in the quality of his coaching. He’s taken the time to understand my specific goals and tailored a program that challenges me while being realistic and achievable. If you’re looking for a friendly gym and a trainer who truly cares about your progress I would definitely check them out!”
We couldn’t agree more, Sarah! Thanks for sharing your experience, and we can’t wait to watch your continued progress at Training Ground!
