The first Story Improv workshop kicks off this Sunday in the Friendly Community Room from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM. These dynamic, individual seminars are packed with creative prompts designed to sharpen your improv skills and jog your memory with rapid theme suggestions. Participants will have the immediate opportunity to step up and tell an impromptu 90-second story. These fast-paced exercises provide the perfect raw material to break through writer’s block and develop compelling, long-form narratives for the stage or page.
Meet Your Instructor: Errol McLendon is a veteran storyteller and professional performance coach known for his exceptional ability to help tellers uncover the “heart” of their narrative.

Story Improv 90 Second Stories
Individual seminars are loaded with prompts. The objective is to jog your memory with quick suggestions for themes followed by the opportunity to tell a 90-second story. These short, short stories should give you the raw material to create longer pieces for presentation.
