First Water Wednesday of the summer complete! When I asked the teachers if they were sure they wanted to do water days each week bc I know it’s so much extra work to set up water activities, supervise and to change all the children after- they said LET’S DO IT!!

I prioritize attending the first field trips of summer alongside the staff to ensure our safety standards are met. Our maiden voyage featured a movie date, picnic lunch, and playtime at a wonderful park. The event may have been low-key, but the impact was significant, as a camper thanked me, saying 'Thank you, Mrs. Carolyn, for bringing us here, it was so fun.' Another camper noted it was the best day, aside from their birthday. These experiences remind me why our summer camp is essential - every child, deserves a fun and memorable summer, especially those with parents working hard to provide for them.

School agers have just over a week of school left so it’s outside snack and uno!

Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers. The children were thrilled to take home the gifts they made for Mother's Day. They also got to give their mothers flowers thanks to the lovely flowers donated by Floral Designs by Randi.

Teachers were honored with a special Cinco De Mayo lunch of Loaded Nachos, made possible by the generous contributions of parents who came together to show their appreciation for our educators and staff.
