Main office is located at station #2, 2285 US 183, 1 mile south of Briggs.

We received just under 6 inches of rain in two hours last evening, with more expected there could be flooding again over the next few days. Please be careful, and turn around don't drown.

Level 3 of 5 severe risk now for Sunday evening for much of the Hill Country & Williamson County. Level 2 risk for the rest of the Austin-area. Very large hail and strong winds will be the main threats.

There is a commercial vehicle accident north of briggs on US 183. Traffic is down to one lane. Please be patient. Seek alternative routes if possible. Update: this is an extended incident, we do not have an end time yet. We will continue to post updates.
