I curated this facial after realizing that sometimes I just want to disconnect with technology and other stressful things in my day to day world, and reconnect with myself and this earth. To be able to zen out for an hour without any outside distractions to either relax, gain clarity or just lie down and breath can really make us feel at peace again.

This is not goodbye, but a step back from this little screen taking over my whole life.
I LOVE educating my clients, helping them with their skin and helping people becoming healthier and happier AND I am not an influencer. I love long form content, and don’t want to be sold 10000 times a day on this little screen.
I typically don’t struggle with my mental health too often, but lately the doom scrolling has worn me down. I feel excited to bring clients and my community content that feels meaningful, helps them understand how skin and ingredients work, health and wellness tips, maybe something to make you laugh too.

Microneedling can treat SO many skin conditions, but my favorite are acne, acne scarring, fine lines, and rosacea. (Add a chemical peel on for melasma, or hyperpigmentation)

Skin, Body, Mind are ALL CONNECTED.
Acne isn't just because of "bacteria" or"being dirty".
I was told for YEARS that I would grow out of my acne, to drink more water, or needed to just wash my face more often.
Unfortunately, water, washing my face, acutane, birth control, antibiotics did NOT clear my skin.
It has been a long journey for my overall health, and my glowy clear skin did not show up overnight. No magic pill, or easy way out for me.
BUT all my hard work in my health and skin have made my life, mind, and body SOOO WORTH IT. I would do the HARD WORK OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN if I had to.
