Hey! My name is Christian and I’m the on staff strength and conditioning specialist at pro swing in Berthoud Colorado.

New weight room is complete and ready to see some sweat and goals getting crushed. I am opening up a few more personal training sessions to help more people reach their athletic goals.

Our facility is tailored to softball and baseball but with the new weight room I want to bring in more sports.
So if you play football, soccer, volleyball, hockey, run marathons or love triathlons I want to help prepare you for what ever ventures you’re on.

New weight room coming this week! 3 indoor racks with benches. Rower, bike and all the free weights you can think of! Outdoor squat rack and open turf for plyos and sled pushes!! I. Can’t. Wait!!!
