We had a client that was hit by the 7/20 hail storm and needed immediate help. They were scheduled to close on the sale of that home on 8/2. They had complete roof damage 42 Squares, window damage, vinyl fencing, painting, new gutters & downspouts. We upsized the gutters and added a couple downspouts.

We were able to expedite their repairs and had all repairs completed for them by 7/27. In time for the buyer to do an inspection and close the loan on schedule.

We were contracted by the Storm Meadows ownership group in Steamboat Springs to perform the deck reconstruction of 27 decks. Concrete decks, new traffic coating. We partnered with SEAD engineering to design a custom flashing detail to prevent future water pe*******on into the deck substrate. All handrails will also be coated with Cardinals two part epoxy rich coating.

It was a pleasure to work with these homeowners in Berthoud. Adding functional patio space to their backyard.
