Third Eye Day Retreat is designed for the people most interested in bringing more ease and grace to their lives. In times of struggle (inevitable) global and/or personal, it’s important to bolster our wellbeing, nervous, adrenal and immune systems. We can do that by adding effective techniques like, Energy Alchemy, a process created to help the user alchemize ego energy such as fear and anxiety to heart energy like curiosity, empathy and understanding. Neuroplasticity, or brain plasticity. Which is the remarkable biological ability of the central nervous system to adapt, grow, and reorganize its physical structure and functional connections throughout your life. Class taught by Heather from Center for Mindful Business !
We’ll also have Christina Pischel Wellness LLC ! A local Placitas favorite yoga instructor! She’ll be teaching a 50 minute class AND
A crystal singing bowl Soundbath with Tifani Vincent !

Up first at Noon is : Suavecito !
Based in Santa Fe, this quintet performs legendary Chicano Rock, Soul, Oldies, and Santana tribute music. The band which features members of the Smooth Santana Tribute Band whom frequently performs at venues throughout the Albuquerque and Santa Fe areas
📌1:30 pm will bring a bit of savory to the jam session !
Xaxxiel Martinez 🎤
🎶his Spanish guitar training fused with a bit of the blues and a lot of soul are what make Xazziel Martinez!

📌Then up at 230 pm is Touch of Grey a local trio lead by Jeff Mann a life long musician and creative ! They’ll be covering their favorite jam band songs and if we’re lucky they’ll present a few of their originals.
Then headlining is local favorite:
🛸One More Silver Dollar Band goes on at 420 🌟
Be sure to have your dancing shoes ready because the dance floor will be grooving with this Allman Brothers cover band!
