This two hour self-paced course is designed to help:

It was an absolute joy to present Weekend 3 of the EMDR Basic Training this past weekend. As I reflect on the experience, I’m excited to realize that I’ve now had the opportunity to train my 50th clinician in EMDR therapy. While the number may seem modest, it's amazing to know that each of these professionals is now equipped to guide their clients through the transformative process of healing trauma.

They say to do what you love and I most certainly am.

As we step into the new year, it's a wonderful time for reflection and renewal. Taking a moment to look back, I find joy in acknowledging what worked and letting go of what no longer serves me. Saying goodbye makes room for exciting possibilities ahead.

Each year, I try to embrace trying something new, which this last week just so happened to be skiing. To my delight, it was not only enjoyable but also challenged my preconceptions about my physical abilities.

So, here's a friendly nudge for you: why not embrace something new this year? Push your boundaries and constraints you may have unknowingly imposed upon yourself, and discover the incredible potential you may have underestimated.

Today I celebrate the beginning of my 37th year on this planet. It feels like it's been much longer and not as long, both at the same time.

I am so excited to share that my 2nd workbook: Anger Management for Teens, is going to be published next month!

I want all teens to know that their anger is not something bad or that it has to overpower them. But instead they can harness and hone it for their benefit!
