Great East Bay Transit Rally this morning in support of our public transit system!

I thank our essential public transit workers for keeping our system going through the darkest days of the pandemic, and I support a robust transit system to grow our community sustainably.

Remembering Berkeley High grad Eli Kane 07/25/2021

I join our community in grieving the loss of Eli Kane, 20, who tragically drowned at the Tuolomne River. He is remembered as a leader and the person who his friends turned to for help & wisdom.

I send my heartfelt condolences to his family & friends.
